CSC Review and Giveaway: Munny Journey

This contest is now CLOSED. Please see our Contests page for the latest giveaways on Chic Shopper Chick!

Did you know that if you invest $1 a day in your child that you make them a millionaire at age 65? Or, if you make a one-time $5,000 deposit for your child will also make them a millionaire by age 65, with NO ADDITIONAL deposits?

If we follow the plan outlined in the keepsake book "Munny Journey", then Little AG will have $43,115 sitting in the bank by the time she's my age. If she left it alone until age 65, she could retire with $1,354,229 from our initial $5,000 deposit, without ever having contributed anything additional to it herself. At my age, to know I would have that kind of security down the road would feel quite good, I've got to say.

As it is, hubby and I do invest in our futures, but would it be nice if each one of us also had one of these as a back up plan? Unfortunately, it's too late for hubby and I now -- babies have the element of "time" on their side. The keepsake book "Munny Journey" shows you how to help give your children the financial boost they deserve, starting from birth. We all want to do everything we can for our children -- and helping them to prepare financially for the future is no different!

Munny Journey
will also take you through steps like choosing a financial advisor, and keeping tabs on your baby's stock or mutual funds. If you're stuck or confused, the Munny Journey Website has additional ideas and tools for you to use.

This would make a great baby shower gift or new baby gift -- especially if you are always looking for that "special" gift. You can purchase Munny Journey through their website for $29.95. It also comes with an Audio CD!

Win It! The folks over at Munny Journey have graciously agreed to offer a copy of Munny Journey to one lucky Chic Shopper Chick reader! To enter, follow the easy-peasy rules below:

  • Visit the Munny Journey Website, and come back here and tell me what you "number" is! Also, I would love to know why you would like to win!
  • Earn extra credit! You may do these for extra entries.

    • Add me to your blog roll. Not just my button in your sidebar, I'd love to be on your blog roll! Let me know about it in a separate post!
That's it! Good luck! Oh, and the official rules and legal jargon are below.

US and entries only, winner will be chosen via random.org at the end of the contest. Winners are posted here and on Prizey Fetch, please leave a valid email address or blog address if you'd like to be contacted should you win. Winner has 72 hours to claim their prize. My number is 20. My kids are 3 & 5, but I'd like to catch them up. We have savings for each of them, and they get some savings bonds from my husband's company. I'd love to have a more specific plan for them.

HI my number is 13.
I would love to win this because its a tool that can show parents how to save and provide security for a baby future. No amount of gifts could ever provide that.

My husband and I keep talking about saving/ stocks/ funds etc, - but would love to finally put it into practice. I've learnt a lot today, thank you.
