All because I can! (And because Wednesday is my birthday!)
So, for the first neat if not a bit odd product, I present to you --
The Banana Slicer!!
I know what you're thinking -- "Has she lost her marbles? It's not hard to slice a banana!" You're right, it's not, but how COOL is this slicer. Perfect for making your morning cereal all bananafied! (Or for calming down a starving child in a hurry.)
You can buy the Banana Slicer online on Current Catalog's Website for $2.99.
So tell me, what do you think? Would you use this slicer in your house?

That's SO FUN! Nice to let the kids do it themselves. I don't know if I'd order it online, but I'd probably buy it in a store.
That is bloody cool!! I'm the only one who eats bananas in our house, but I would totally be amused with it! I'm like a kid really...
I would absolutely use this! We have an apple slicer and I think it's almost time for a new one. I just showed this to my husband and he was impressed.
I honestly think this is so cool - goofy, but cool. I would totally use it. My husband would laugh if I bought it.
I would actually use this since my son loves bananas and we always have to slice it up for him!
I have a banana slicer.
I bought one because my toddler grandson loves bananas and I thought it would be something fun to do.
I was right!
He love it when I use it to slice bananas for him.
I love kitchen gadgets.
I am SO with you on the "not much of a cook but obsessed with buying sweet kitchen gadgets" thing. I have a Vidalia chopper that's never seen the light of day.
Also, thanks for your comment! I just saw Amelie for the first time and have become completely obsessed with our dear Mathieu. Nice to know I've got company!
I would actually buy this for only $2.99! lol Maybe in a store if I saw it, but not online-unless shipping was free. It's one of those things that seems sort-of silly, but at the same time, kinda handy too! =)
This is so fun! LOL! I think our kids would totally eat more bananas if we had one of these.
I would for my kids... they would get a kick out of it!
How fun! Perhaps not an essential in our kitchen, but a very neat gadget and I know my daughter would love using it!
I'm sold.
