I'm in love with this beautiful blue and white ruffled shirt-dress from Victoria's Secret. It's fitted at the top with just the right amount of girly flare at the bottom, and I really like the puffy sleeves paired with the masculine cuff. It's such a perfect mixture of business and sexy.
