Got a call from my SIL today. I bought her a shirt for her birthday that says "Auntie Needs A Cocktail". She will probably never have her own kids, so it works for her!

I love fall, the smell of it, the BEAUTIFUL trees!
In two weeks there is "Arts in the Park" and its a HUGE craft show (or crap show, as DH calls it). The last 2 years it's been held in an indoor arena that is way too small.
I hope this year there is no rain, I love the whole ambiance in the park. The smell of kettle corn. Yum!
I don't always buy anything, I just love to look around at all of the stuff!

I'm thinking about going back to work.. I've been a SAHM for the past 2.5 years.. But with the way everything keeps going up... what else can I do?

We have a Graco Glider and we love it, but once we fold it, it drops to the ground, scratching the front. This is why I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that the Fast Fold is self standing when folded!
This is a totally awesome stroller! I just had my 2nd little girl and it would make life a little easier when taking both girls out, with one hand pushing I can hold on to my 3 year old and not struggle to push the stroller. I loved everything about the stroller!! the best thing was the removable rear wheels!
I just had a 2 hour nap...it was WONDERFUL!
We are going to head over to the post office now...

Im actually most excited by the "Precision engineered aluminum chassis" because my current stroller weighs like a million pounds.
The read tires on the rear are awesome too, I hate not even being able to push a stroller in grass because it's only made for cement.

Oh, what fabulous weather we're having!
We're finally getting a little rain.
It does wonders for the outside temperature.
And it does wonders for my mood.
It is soo lovely to step outside today.
And not immediately sizzle.
Like a large pork sausage on a grill.

I need to go to the post office.
I have been putting it off for several days now.
My mom keeps asking where her photos are.
I keep assuring her they are (almost) on the way.
I just hate trips to the post office.
Not only because it's a real drag going there.
Not only because I don't like standing in for ever . . .
I also dislike trying to control my bored silly daughter in the post office.
And most of all, I dislike the shock I receive when I realize how much it costs to mail stuff these days!
Seriously, it's unbelieveable how prices have gone up.
I used to mail heaps of stuff overseas.
I loved sending my nieces and nephew monthly treats.
But with the cost of shipping these days, their treats are few.
Had to take a break there, my daughter claimed she wanted to go down for a nap.
But it was a false alarm.
She is still very much awake.
And mad as can be at me.
Because I won't let her put crayon all over her doll stroller.
Very unreasonable, I know.
She loudly expressed her displeasure.
Now she is trying to stuff the Barney DVD back into its box.
SIGH. A nap would be so good right now . . .

I guess she is much more toddler than baby.
I still have trouble making that leap though!
Oh well, I need to go and rescue Barney.

Do you watch Tori and Dean? I don't often, but I find myself liking them. I think that song they wrote and sang together is flippin' hilarious!
Dean has a really good voice, nothing like his speaking voice. I don't know why he doesn't sing more often.
We went to Wal Mart tonight for grocery shopping. I detest that store.
The always question the coupons I use, and I hate to be a rag, but if I'm going to take the time to work coupons, I want the discount. I'm not trying to screw them.
At the same time, I dont' want them to screw me over. I just want my 30 cents off a gallon of milk!
The thing I hate about Walmart is when I have really good coupons, and actually remember to bring them, it ends up they don't carry that item.
The only other grocery store in town no longer takes printed off coupons.
So, I no longer do my major shopping there. Again, I just want my 50 cents off a box of tea bags.
I've gotta have my sun tea. Soon, it will be cold and I'll have no more.
