I hope my brother and his wife get pregnant again.
They had a little one due on October 3rd, which is one of my other brother's birthday.
It was their first baby.
They went in at 20 weeks to find out what sex is was, only to find out the baby had died. He (it was a boy!) was born 3 days later.
My heart still breaks over it. I so wanted that little nephew.
I loved him so much already.
My kids are the only grandchildren on my side of the family.
Brand's sister has 2 little boys. They are twins, and bloody HILARIOUS! They live in California.
They came out to meet Pea last October. Mind you, they are 6...but very, very bright. It's frightening how bright they are.
Here's the setting...
They were playing on the floor at my SIL's house and Aiden asked what did Pea have. Brendan asked him what he meant. He said you know, we have a penis. What does Pea have?
At this point my SIL was CRACKING up! She said Brendan stopped and looked at Aidan and said, She has a nothing Aidan.
Aidan said, No, she has to have something.
Brendan said yes, it's called a NOTHING.
Too funny!! I was pretty thankful that they didn't ask ME what she had, I don't think I would have been able to keep a strait face!!

I've got to figure out what I'm going to wear for the cemetery tour.
The time frame is the 20's. But a flapper dress really isn't the right outfit for a hooker.
I've got a red feather boa. I know I'm going to wear lots of make up, and I'm going to flirt with all the guys and ignore the girls. It's going to be HILARIOUS!
I just don't want to be on the front page of the paper again. That was just embarrassing.
Still, people will come up to me when I'm out and about and ask if I played Clara Cook.
It's funny that they would remember.

I love the compact nature of the stroller. It seems that they have designed it to be more slim/sleek without compromising its overall quality and durability.

Miss Pea has a new trick, it's called having no fear. She tried to walk down the stairs today...just like you or I. Oh yeah, that would not have been good!!

we are going to the park after dd wakes up

When I was and elementary school librarian I read to all the kids, k-5.
They all loved it.
