Served hot with whipped cream.
And a big dollop of strawberry jam.
There's nothing like a cup of tea.
Served with my tea of course.
Its almost tea time now.
There is nothing better than a cup of tea!
While we're on the subject of food.
I also love lasagna.
I always buy stouffers lasagna from the store.
It is so good!
I'd love to make my own lasagna.
But it takes far too long.
My mom always made lasagna from scratch.
She was born to cook.
She also sews up a storm.
My sleep-deprived daughter is not happy.
She is yawning her head off.
She is fussing at mommy.
What a weird day today!!
I have to be strong.
So my husband took Virginia the Van for a spin...do you think she acted up for him??
She is accustomed to mommy jumping up.
It is exhausting!
I am trying to teach a little delayed gratification here.
I don't get it!
It's not going so well.
I'm getting ready to concede defeat.
I think my life would turn around if a certain Micralite would come to our home with it's awesome karma!
She is so very tired.
Next week, it will be the first Husker game of the season! Can I get a Woot Woot?? :)
She doesn't understand why mommy isn't listening.
She doesn't care about delayed gratification!
A ridiculous concept.
As far as she is concerned.
So off i go.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed, my toes crossed (yeah, I can do that), if I could cross my eyes without getting a migraine, I'd do that too!
Wow, we are at the 3K mark!
I am off to take care of the little diva.
When you wish upon a star...
Makes no difference where you are...
Micralite, please come home with meeeeeee
Tonight!!!!
Or on the 29th!
Well, what do you know!
She is now happy!
She is attempting to put her shoes on.
She has forgotten to be mad.
I like the Micralite cuz it is so right...
I have a possessed stroller, and would love to bring the Micralite home to show the possessed one what a REAL stroller looks like!!
Perhaps she is leaving?!
I was taking pictures of Pea last night.
She is so stinkin' cute!
She's such a stinker, she's smile...when my camera was off
She is playing her xylophone.
Most of the pictures she wasn't looking at me.
I am off to play with her, see ya later!
Or her eyes would be closed.
She's an outdoorsey kinda girl.
She loves to be outside.
I wonder how she'll take to winter?
I love snow, I love cold weather.
I love winter coats.
Seeryus mama, are you a husker fan?!
I love sweaters! Mmmm, toasty!
So are we!
I don't know what to make for dinner tonight.
Go Big Red!
I hope they have a good season.
No kidding, CC?? Are u in Nebraska?
I am now leaving . . . for real! (This is addicting!)
Woot woot! Found me another Husker fan!!
No, not in Nebraska.
The tunnel walk...brings me to tears. Every. Single. Time.
Not kidding!
But my hubby has family there and they are HUGE fans!
When we go to games, I cry like a baby...people think I'm nuts...but it's so emotional!
Where are they from?
It was practically a requirement of the marriage that I become a husker fan . . .
They are from Gering/Scotts Bluff.
I've been to Nebraska only once.
I loved it!
We have a ritual we do every game day.
Husker flag is placed out every game day...by 8:00 in the morning. The WHOLE family must dress in red. My mom has to make her special game day dip for the game. Yum!
They have a real winter there.
Oh, I love going to Gering and Scottsbluff. I was born in Scottsbluff! My uncle still lives there.
We are in the middle of the state.
Yes, yes we do. It's supposed to be a bad winter this year! WOot!!
My father in law bought a huge blow up Little Red for his mom's 80th birthday party.
Okay, this is my last comment for a while. I have to change desks!
Everyone dressed in red.
How funny!! That would be GREAT to have!
I didn't wear the 'right' red.
My phone rings the UNL song on game days. LOL
Okay, seriously, I have to go!
I was not popular.
I know better now . . .
They day I wore white to the game instead of red, God punished me with a sunburn. I left red alright!
I will never make that mistake again!!
Gotta go too, have a fab day!
I'd love a RED Micralite! That would be SUHH-WEEET!!
You too!!
Okay...I'll be back!
I like that the stroller is lightweight and compact. Looks like it rides really smooth too. Thank you for entering me.

Hi Ladies! Don't forget that according to the rules you are not supposed to cut and paste the same comment over and over.
I read all of your comments and don't want to read
"I wanna win" a million times over.
Thanks.
CSC
people have been busy today!
I am way behind!
We had a busy day today
At least for us
I got up & walked one of our dogs up our reaaaaaaaally steep hill
(the street that we live on is incredibly steep)
not many people live on it but
tons of people walk & bike up & down it all day long
because it is such good exercise!
so, we walked up it while it was nice & cool outside
the went out in the foothills a bit to see the view
and to walk on different terrain
then i came home & made egg mcmuffins with bacon for breakfast
yummy-eggs, cheese, and bacon on an english muffin
much better homemade than out at a fast food restaurant!
then i showered while princess napped
well, back up one step
DD & I played after breakfast while Daddy mowed the grass
then DD napped & I showered
then i cleaned up the house a bit
then i dried my hair
then gathered up my lists and coupons
then dh, dd, & i left for the afternoon
1st we went to collect rent on one of the rentals
then we dropped off clothes at the dry cleaners
i was embarrassed at the dry cleaners
it was the $2 cleaners
and there was dog hair on lots of dh's clothes
evidently dear dog laid in the clothes before we left!
so the dry cleaners said they had to charge me extra for the lint rolling!
so i took them outside & shook them off
they looked better to me,
but she said not good enough
so she still charged me
i was not happy with that
normally i just dryel my dry cleaning every couple of times i wear them, or dh wears his,
but, these were in a bag one time to take to the dry cleaners
and we never got there,
so they actually did need to go to the dry cleaners
i only take them about once a year
the rest of the time i just do them at home...
so anyway, after the dry cleaners, we went to target
i paid my 99 cents for luvs times 2
yes, i had one $5 luvs coupon sent to my home,
and one sent to my po box
and one sent to my mom's house
but she never got hers,
so that just left me with 2
i also got some glade scented oil plug ins for 14 cents apiece
because i had 2 $4 coupons!
the cashier was very impressed with that one!
i also got some granite cleaner
and some dog treats
and some skittles for work
oh, and mighty dogq
because they like some wet food mixed in with their dry food
just a tablespoon full of wet food
mixed with their bowl of dry food
so the wet food lasts a long time in the fridge
and the dogs are happy, too!
i saved $17 at target today
i went from $48 to $21
it was fun
then we went to borders
because i had a $15 gift certificate
so we got DD 2 books
one is a puppy peek a boo bok
and the other is an abc book
she wanted to run around the store
she didn't want to be held
and we forgot the stroller!
so daddy went in the mall while i finished up in borders
so she could run around a bit
next we went to big 5
so dh could look at tennis shoes
i stayed in the car with dd
because i didn't want choas in the store!
he didn't find what he was looking for
so then we went to albertson's
spent $78
but got all i needed for awhile
